We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and nurturing Lead Toddler Teacher who is committed to providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. Work schedule, 7am-4pm (one hour lunch break).
Minimum Qualifications:
- ✅ At least 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare or early childhood education setting
- ✅ Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential required
- ✅ College coursework in Early Childhood Education and/or a Level 4 or higher in GAPDS
- ✅ Strong classroom management and communication skills
- ✅ Reliable, professional, and passionate about early childhood education
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
- Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Maintain compliance with all state licensing and health & safety standards
- Work collaboratively with leadership to provide exceptional care and education

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
